Antietam2Go Transition Tips

If you have previously logged in and experience an error message when accessing content:

If trying to access through a TV Network website:

  1. Clear cache and cookies.
  2. Close and reopen browser. 
  3. Head over to wtve.net and select Antietam Broadband. 
  4. Log into wtve.net using your latest username and password.
  5.  Click the logo for the network you wish to watch. 
  6. You may also go straight to the TV network’s website, select Antietam Broadband from the TV Provider list and log in.   

If using an Android mobile device:

  1. Uninstall the TV Network app.
  2.  Reinstall the TV Network app. 
  3. Open the TV Network app, when prompted to log in through your TV Provider, select Antietam Broadband and log in using your latest username and password.  

If using an iOS (Apple) mobile device:

  1. If you have logged in to Apple SSO through settings.  
  2. Go to Settings, then TV Provider and click logout. 
  3. Uninstall the TV Network app. 
  4. Restart device. 
  5. Go to Settings, then TV Provider and select Antietam Broadband and log in using your latest username and password.
  6. Reinstall the TV Network app. 
  7. Open the TV Network app -  A: If asked if you wish to log in through your TV Provider, select ‘Yes’ or ‘Continue’. This will use your Apple SSO login session from Step 4 above.  B: If prompted to log in through your TV Provider and you are presented with a list of TV Providers, select Antietam Broadband and log in using your latest username and password.

Once you complete these steps, you can access Antietam2Go on the new platform and will no longer be able to access the previous platform.

If using an extended device (Android TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Xbox One, etc.):

  1. Log out of the TV Network app if the option is available. Log out is not available on all devices.  
  2. Uninstall the TV Network app.
  3. Restart device. 
  4. Reinstall the TV Network app. 
  5. Open the TV Network app - A. If prompted to log in through your TV Provider and you are presented with a list of TV Providers, select Antietam Broadband and log in using your latest username and password.   B. If asked to visit a website to enter a code displayed on your TV screen, on a different device go to the website provided, and follow the prompts. You may be asked to select the device type and/or enter the code displayed to you on your TV screen. If you are presented with a list of TV Providers, select Antietam Broadband and log in using your latest username and password.
