Easy and Convenient Ways to Pay Your Bill!

We, at Antietam Broadband, know life can get busy! That’s why we offer several convenient ways to pay your monthly bill.

Whether you prefer talking to someone in our main lobby or on the phone with cash, credit or check, setting up online payments, or mail — we’ve got a solution for you! Read all about Antietam’s different payment methods below!

  1. Pay In Person: Visit our main lobby at 1000 Willow Circle in Hagerstown. Here, you’ll be able to pay your bill by cash, credit or check. Don’t want to get out of the car? No problem! We also have a drive through window that will accept cash, credit and check. Our lobby hours are:
    1. Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.; Drive Through Window Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m., Saturday, 9:00a.m. - 12 noon. Our main lobby is closed on Sundays and major holidays.
  2. Online: Visit and go to the MY ACCOUNT button in the top right corner of the webpage. You can bookmark this webpage for convenience and paying online later!
  3. Text: Using TextConnect, you're able to pay via text message if you have an existing method on your account.
  4. By Phone: Call our main line at 301-797-5000 and select option #3 to reach our automated billing system. Please note fees may apply through this option.
  5. Mail: Send a check or money order to: Antietam Broadband, 1000 Willow Circle, Hagerstown, MD 21742. Please be certain to include the detachable stub from your billing statement.

Antietam also offers TextConnect, a convenient text alert system to get alerts sent directly to your phone. You can now pay directly with TextConnect, using PAY from the menu.
